Cancellations and Returns
All cancellations must be received in writing. A $50 net cancellation fee in addition to any charges incurred with the order will apply. All claims for returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date and you will need to contact Power Bottle USA customer service for an authorization number before returning goods. (Claims apply only to product damaged in shipping)

Changes and Corrections
Any changes or corrections to orders being processed may be subject
to additional screen charges and a fee of $50/hour.
